I recently signed up for a five class, class pass with Motion Fitness and Massage (@motionfitnessdenver on IG) and let me tell you trainers Jessica and Rachel are the TRUTH!!!
I participated in two boot camps, two strength training classes and a TRX class. Each and every class was very different and emphasized HIIT, cardio and full body engagement. All fitness levels are welcomed as Jessica and Rachel provide modifications to either make the movements more or less difficult. I was sore, drenched and out of breath, (in a good way) after each class. The ladies are super friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming! It’s like the family you’ve always wanted.
The first bootcamp that I attended, playing cards were used to determine the amount of repetitions and the symbol (hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades, joker, king, queen) determined the exercises and score of the team. In the TRX class, giant UNO cards were used to determine the exercises and the wild cards, were mostly cardio activities like running the stairs or burpees. 🤢🤮
Can we just have a moment of silence for the strength classes with Rachel. 😳 I like her approach because she is all about good form and repetitions. I seriously sat in my car after both strength classes and questioned all of my life decisions up to that point. Her classes are not for the weak. You have to go in with a winners mindset!
You’ll be happy to know that I’ve signed up for another five classes as I am impressed with the results and I always learn something new when I work out with Motion Fitness. Will you join me?? See you there!
